Across the United States people of faith are working hard to make the
new health care law work for all of us , while opponents have been
trying to take away benefits that are already improving the lives of our

issued an opinion saying that the entire Affordable Care Act is
unconstitutional. We wanted to explain what this court decision does and

your help, we can continue to implement and improve the health law,
overcoming the attacks on it by special interests and making these
needed reforms real for all our families.
