Project Specialist
Campaign Consultation, Inc. – one of the nation’s leading social change
organizations – seeks to hire a Project Specialist. This professional
will research, analyze and develop content as well as create, organize
and manage platforms to help national, state and local entities
strengthen civic engagement and enhance community problem-solving. The
Project Specialist will need interpersonal skills to work
collaboratively as part of a client-oriented project team. He or she
should be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and with
helping client groups to reach timely decisions and critical deadlines.
Requirements: A high degree of organization, attention to detail,
creativity, ability to plan, multi-task and meet deadlines. Strong
writing, verbal and research skills. Proven ability to conduct outreach
and build relationships via phone and social media with nonprofit
organizations, foundations and government agencies. Demonstrated
experience in project planning, management, tracking, and
implementation. A proven track record in material development, training,
technical assistance communications, and new media to advance a social
change agenda. Minimum of three years’ experience working with nonprofit
organizations and familiarity with national service programs. The
successful candidate’s passion for strengthening the fabric of community
should be evident in career path and volunteer activities.
