[COMM-ORG] COMM-ORG messages may have been discarded

Hi COMM-ORG,

In trying to defend against increasing attacks on the COMM-ORG server 
(you'd think someone didn't like community organizing or something),  I 
have significantly increased its security.  That, combined with a bug in 
the server's spam filter, may have discarded messages you sent since the 
beginning of January.

IMPORTANT:

*If you sent messages to the COMM-ORG list, or responded to any COMM-ORG 
message, and have not seen your message posted, please resend it.*

Similarly, if you responded to the call for papers and have not received 
a response to me, please respond again. 

The spam filter bug is now fixed, but please let me know if you 
experience any other problems with the list or the website, as the 
increased security can cause problems.
