Thanks for the news. I didn't know him, but I new others from the
brigade who also remained active.
(That's the Spanish Civil War, not Spanish-American War...)

Correction: the Abraham Lincoln Brigade fought Franco's Republican forces on
the Loyalist side in the Spanish Civil War--almost 40 years after the
Spanish-Cuban-American War of 1898. - tdp
