Hello, comm-orgers. Do any of you know an up-to-date source on ALL (or
many) living wage ordinances? The ACORN chart only goes to 2006. I know
city-level campaigns have frequently been subsumed by more ambitious
campaigns, e.g. city-level but applying to everyone; county; state higher
minimum; etc. I'm interested in ALL this and know of no place or scholar
who has kept track of it. But someone might have. I'm writing an article
on this.
Can you please let me know? Also, could you e-mail me (off-comm-org, if
desired) to let me know what is going on in your state, county, or city;
and especially WHICH are most most significant GROUPS are part of a
coalition, if it is one--in terms of financial support, numbers they
can/have turned out, staffing, any other measures.
Thank you!
Heidi
