Organizer – MD/DC area
1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East MD/DC Division
New Organizing Department

1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East is the largest, fastest-growing, 
most progressive healthcare union in the country, and is looking to hire 
four (4) organizers to work out of the Baltimore office.

The members of 1199SEIU are driven by their mission to achieve

healthcare workers. 1199’s New Organizing department helps healthcare

Senior Communications Coordinator - NYC

organizers on NEW organizing campaigns. So, it certainly isn’t a back 
office job. In fact, a communications person or a former organizer that 
has strong writing and communications skills might make a good fit.
