Dear Elizabeth,
Richard Wood and I did a report based on a survey of faith-based
organizing groups in 1999. It's available from the COMM-ORG website in
the 2001 papers folder.

Good luck,

Elizabeth and others,
We looked for years for this list and never found one. Now we are
building one.
There is a directory on Progressive Technology Project's "Power On
Network" site
http://network.progressivetech.org
PTP has a much larger internal list of close to a thousand organizations
that we've built up over the years. The public list on the Power On
Network site includes only the organizations that have indicated that
they are willing to have their information made public. We expect to
show more organizations on the list this year. We're contacting all the
organizations in our database to see if they would like to be listed. I
say "we" but it's really being done by our work study student on a very
part time basis.
We welcome volunteers who would like to work on getting this list
updated.
Organizations can add themselves to the list by going to:

peace,
Mark Sherman
