[COMM-ORG] COMM-ORG e-mail problems

Hi COMM-ORG,

You may have had problems getting e-mail to the list between June 15 and 
today.  My apologies. In trying to thwart a "denial of service" attack 
on the server I seem to have stopped any mail from reaching it.  It 
should be fixed now.  If you sent list mail between June 15 and June 21, 
and have not seen it on the list, please resend.
