[COMM-ORG] COMM-ORG is back

Hi COMM-ORG,

It appears that everything is up and running again.  Along with the 
network maintenance and the switchover to a new used server, I also had 
to deal with a "distributed denial of service" attack that basically 
made the server inaccessible while it was being bombarded by thousands 
of hits per second from some nefarious network.

But all has been quiet for 18 hours now so I am restarting the list 
messages over the next couple of days.  I also have begun the process of 
switching the website to a content management system.  You will see the 
new front page at http://comm-org.wisc.edu.  I will also now start 
catching up on the delayed COMM-ORG papers.

Thanks for all your patience in this long-delayed transition.  If you 
find anything broke or not working, please let me know.
