solutions are not likely to materialize in the next six months to a 
year.
However, when we started the NOA Retirement Pension Plan, lots 
of our
colleagues thought it couldn't be done either -- and it now has more 
than 70
participating groups and more than $2 million in assets.  Which has 
given us
hope that if we all put our heads together, we can instigate a 
collective
effort with health care as well.
