Hi COMM-ORG,

I am very pleased to announce the next COMM-ORG paper of 2009:

Quilen Diedre Blackwell, Holding Corporate America’s Feet to the Fire: 
The Industrial Areas Foundation’s Collision Course with Kodak.

This paper is presented in honor of Alinsky's 100th birthday year. You 
can find the paper and more information on the new COMM-ORG website, 
http://comm-org.wisc.edu.

This paper provides a comprehensive and detailed discussion of the 
Rochester organizing campaign against Kodak. It also brings COMM-ORG 
back to its origins. This list was originally conceived by Wendy Plotkin 
as a list on the history of community organizing and we also honor her 
role as founder of COMM-ORG 15 years ago.
