[COMM-ORG] COMM-ORG website update

Hi COMM-ORG,

The shift to a content management system created some challenges for the 
site search engine.  I am continuing to work on that, but for now, I 
think I now have a usable, if clumsy, search function on the site.  You 
can find a "search" link on the nav bar. Apologies for any inconvenience.
