[COMM-ORG] New COMM-ORG paper: Changing Alcohol Policies at Community Festivals

Hi COMM-ORG,

Apologies for the duplicate posts.  I realized just after I clicked the 
send button that I hadn't filled in the subject heading completely and 
tried to stop it, but apparently failed.  So the problem is in my brain, 
not in your reception.
