Hi COMM-ORG,

I am very pleased to announce another COMM-ORG paper:

This paper, written originally as a letter by Don to Hugh Espey of Iowa 
Citizens for Community Improvement on the occasion of the Heartland 
Presidential Forum, is an interesting window into the past.  And in this 
time when the gauntlet has been laid down the by GOP for organizers to 
show their relevance, this paper also shows just how big we can 
think--and win.
