The Wisconsin Apprentice Organizers Project is now accepting 
applications for a full-time, Development and Program Coordinator. This 
position will include responsibilities that focus upon both maintaining 
and expanding AOP’s fundraising as well as program activities. For the 
right candidate, we would consider a part time arrangement, focused 
either on fundraising or program development, but not both. Major 
responsibilities include developing a fundraising plan and coordinating 
the following areas: individual and major donors, foundations, and 
special events/projects. Program responsibilities include supporting and 
developing apprentice community organizers, training curriculum 
development, and outreach to Wisconsin’s social justice community in 
support of the AOP mission. AOP is especially interested in candidates 
who are familiar with the Milwaukee donor community, are committed to 
and/or have experience working for social justice, and who believe in 
AOP’s mission to support a strong culture of grassroots community 
organizing in WI. Demonstrated ability to work in a leadership capacity 
and to take initiative a must.
