Hi Comm-Org,
I am designing a training for labor organizers to help them improve
their conversations with workers who are unsure about whether or not to
support their coworkers in an organizing drive. The focus is on the
process that an individual goes through in order to recognize the
injustice of the situation they are in, overcome their fear about taking
the risk to change it and decide to take action.
I would greatly appreciate suggestions about resources to draw on for
this training. In particular, I thought that a description of stages of
individual transformation would be useful in helping organizers to think
about how to move someone through such a process.
Thanks so much
Helen Schaub
