Do you know of any channels to distribute a book on Social Justice 
Philanthropy?

The initiative is to increase the percentage of philanthropic dollars 
spent on transforming institutions and systems to more fully embrace 
justice, equality and peace.  The book will support the initiative by 
providing those working in foundations with examples of effective 
grantmaking in support of such work.
