Greetings,

I am teaching a course entitled Public Sociology for the first time this 
winter.  I have found syllabi on community based research but none on 
public sociology.  In particular, I wonder if someone has taught a class 
which looks at theories and the history of public sociology.  My class 
will have both discussion of ideas about public sociology and an applied 
project.  If you have a syllabus you'd be willing to share, I'd be most 
appreciative.
