[COMM-ORG] COMM-ORG access issues

Hi everyone,

My apologies, but a network upgrade outside of my control has made 
COMM-ORG temporarily difficult to access.  If you need to get to the 
website, please use http://comm-org.drs.wisc.edu.  If you click on links 
you will also need to add "drs" to the web address.  I am hoping this 
will be resolved in a few hours, but it may not be until Monday that it 
all gets fixed.
