March on Washington Youth Commemoration 8-28-08

Hi COMM-ORG,

A couple of people alerted me to the fact that there is no information 
on the Rosa Parks website to substantiate the announcement below.  There 
was also no attachment.  COMM-ORG never sends out attached files.  
Normally I catch references to attachments before sending a message out, 
but this one I missed.  Apologies for that.
