I'm working on an article that includes some discussion of one-on-
ones as practiced by congregation-based community organizations.
These are also called one-to-ones or relational meetings. Does
anyone know about:

1. The history of one-on-ones. Where did these groups learn the
practice &/or how did they develop them?

2. Current practice. What other groups are using them, and where
did they learn them?
