Kia ora (greetings) from Aotearoa/New Zealand, our organisation would 
like to participate in this list but also let you know about Kotare. 
Randy Stoecker met with us when he came to a conference in our country 4 
years ago and we were most impressed with his analysis of community 
organising.
 
Kotare (the kingfisher) is an education for social change organisation 
with a small centre where we offer activist and community organising 
education. We have existed since the mid 1990's and we are unique in our 
country, although inspired by Highlander and other models. We have a 
strong connection with The Change Agency (Australia) and we also had the 
privilege of meeting Larry Olds from the Popular Education News 
(Minnesoata) in 2004. Kotare has web site www.kotare.org.nz

anyone who wants to know more.
