edited by Marion Orr (U of Kansas Press), including 'blurbs' about the 
book by Harry Boyte, Mark Warren, and Paul Osterman.  The chapters focus 
on ACORN, IAF, PICO, and DART in various urban contexts such as Chicago, 
New Orleans, and El Paso.
