2006 Shelterforce magazine, which focuses on the Katrina Aftermath. Of 
particular interest to us is a detailed article on the organizing of 
ACORN, PICO, and the IAF, "Picking up the Pieces."

Author Miriam Axel-Lute quotes network leaders Christine Stephens of the
