New COMM-ORG paper: building coalitions

Hi COMM-ORG,

As I mentioned, we are announcing a number of papers these days.  

Today, I am very pleased to announce the availability of:

     A Six-Step Development Framework to Build Successful Alliances, 
Coalitions and Partnerships

     by Joan M. Roberts

We are fortunate to have a number of papers coming out on the 
challenging and crucial issue of developing coalitions.  Joan draws on 
her experience to develop a set of practical principles for coalition 
formation and maintenance.

I hope that the paper inspires some discussion.  Authors contribute
