Please also pass on that there is an excellent relatively new British
publication which people may want to get which is somewhat similar to
the older Tactical Investigations for People's Struggles and which is
especially useful on privatization and related issues. It is available
from the Centre for Public Services in Sheffield, UK, and through their
webp-site at
