Educators and Research Analysts: The California Nurses Association (CNA),
the nation's largest independent nurses' union, seeks experienced
educators and researchers to assist in developing local, state and
nationwide labor oriented educational and research programs for
Registered Nurses. Programs will emphasize the political economy of
healthcare restructuring and the clinical and technological impacts of
healthcare restructuring on both patients and the Registered Nurses that
provide their care.



The California Nurses Association (CNA) is leading the movement for
Registered Nurse power to transform the market-driven healthcare
industry in the United States into a health care system driven by

of science/technology, and complex organization studies is also

Primary duties include assisting with nationwide analysis of all sectors
of the US Health Care industry; provide research & other support to
collective bargaining and national organizing and educational campaigns.



The positions will be based in Oakland, California. An ability to work
under pressure and ability to meet deadlines is essential. Positions
start at $69K (US), with regular step increases, and excellent benefits

ORGANIZERS are being hired around the country to bring union protection

Communications Specialist
