university Internet has been down

Hi COMM-ORG.  For the past two days the university Internet link 
has been mostly down, and they are still working the bugs out of 
their new e-mail system.  Consequently, a number of COMM-ORG 
messages have been delayed.  My apologies.  I will get caught up 
over the next day or two.
