Hi all -

I am on the small, national steering committee of the 1-year-old AIDS
Treatment Activist Coalition (ATAC). We have one staff person, hired in
September, who is serving as our coordinator. We are a national,
decentralized group and the steering committee communicates
primarily via email and monthly conference calls.

I am seeking resources or guides or experiences with setting up
ongoing structures and supervision for meeting the challenges of
setting up an efficient and supportive environment for a lone staff
person for a mostly virtual membership organization... Any ideas?

Best wishes,

Julie Davids
