Hi comm-orgers !

Can anyone out there point some sources on drop-in centers: is 
there theory (or different approaches) supporting this type of 
activity ? I'm looking for literature (web sources welcomed !) 
on multifunctional drop-in centers as opposed to specialized 
ones (mental health, youth, drug abuse, prostitution, etc.).
