Upcoming Quebec City protests

Hi COMM-ORG.  I have been trying to get good information on the actions in 
Quebec City, without much success.  I got an early message 
from  "Jean-Robert Primeau" <jrprim at microtec.net> when the barricades first 
got tested.

Some demonstrators have just busted the 12 feet tall fence surrounding the 
Summit location and penetrated the security perimeter. Police have driven 
them away from the security perimeter with a lot of tear gas. They are now 
trying to push them further away.

They are reporting up to 430 arrests and a number or serious injuries from 
plastic bullets, toxic gases, etc.
