important list management information

Hi COMM-ORG.  As we have recently had a bump in list membership (we are now 
up to 775), I just wanted to repeat a couple of list management items.

1.  Be very careful about replying to COMM-ORG messages.  All replies come 
to me.  If you want to contact the author of a message you need to create a 
new message, or replace the address on the reply, or create a 
forward.  Don't be one of those embarrassed by sending a personal message 
to someone else and having it come to me.

2.  If you need to manage your subscription, you can do everything through 
the web site.  Just go to the home page and click on the list link and 
follow the links from there.  You can subscribe, unsubscribe, change your 
address (which means unsubbing the old and subbing the new), get a digest, 
suspend your mail, etc. at the website.  If you forget your password (an 
irritating feature for many I realize but the software doesn't leave any 
choice) you can also have it e-mailed to you through the list webpage.
