Hi all.  I am on a board that is looking for examples of contracts between
organizations and fiscal agents.  We have a coalition, which is NOT a 501c3,
and currently have a "letter of understanding" with our fiscal agent, which is
expiring.  We need a better document, and are hoping we don't have to start
from scratch.  Does anyone have examples of these types of agreements that have
been successful for your organizations?  Or some words of wisdom for things we
should be careful to include (or not lock ourselves into)?  A particular issue
is how to determine the board's role and the fiscal agents' role when it comes
to supervising our two community organizers and making budgetary decisions.
