query: undocumented immigrants and housing

A tenants' rights organization would like ideas and resources about how
to tell undocumented immigrants about their housing rights and how to go
about working with them to decide whether to pursue those rights.  Not
only are these tenants afraid of landlords informing the INS of their
whereabouts, many don't have experience with government (e.g. courts
and/or a rent board) respecting or protecting rights.  We'd sure
appreciate any leads.  Thanks.
