Indianapolis Coalition for Neighborhood Development (ICND) seeks Executive 
Director. Salary range $36,500 - 46,500.  ICND is an association of 
neighborhood-based community development corporations committed to 
providing leadership and advocacy to promote community-led development of 
housing and economic opportunities in Indianapolis neighborhoods.  ICND 
facilitates the comprehensive redevelopment of Indianapolis neighborhoods 
by promoting communication, collaboration, and cooperation among 
Indianapolis CDCs.  ICND, through its membership, links CDCs with one 
another, with their institutional partners, and with the residents of 
Indianapolis neighborhoods to build economic opportunities and a strong 
community for all.  3-5 yrs nonprofit management experience within the
