Sad to say it is true: Beyond the Politics of Place is out of print.
To make it relevant and contemporary would require major updating, so
the author Gary Delgado chose to not to take the research time away
from his current projects. I'mn afraid at this point the best source
for it is the library. Oh yes -- we are about to update the website.
