Rainbow Research, Inc. is a Minneapolis based nonprofit organization 
working to increase the effectiveness and impact of socially concerned 
organizations-citizens groups, foundations, advocacy networks, government 
agencies and other nonprofits, through research and evaluation. Currently 
we have an opening for the position of Senior Research Associate

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional with five or 
more years of experience in research, evaluation, organizational 
development and consultation in the nonprofit sector. The successful 
candidate will be versed in quantitative and qualitative methods; will have 
demonstrated success in developing and responding to proposals and; will 
have experience leading research teams, developing research designs and 
tools, working cooperatively with clients and organizing participatory 
studies in a culturally competent manner. The successful candidate should 
also have the ability to work comfortably in a multi-cultural environment 
and relate well with persons of different class, gender, race and cultural
