Initiative."  A couple of people have asked for more info on this, so could
anyone with knowledge of this issue please pass it along?]

I'd be interested in learning more about the "justice" initiative.  In Los
Angeles Co., a good resource for Spanish-language information and contacts
on this matter is Sen. Tom Hayden's office.  You may wish to contact his
assistant, Silvia Beltran, who I know has done work on youth violence
prevention and other related issues with the immigrant community in LA.
