RE/ my earlier request for info on a bail fund for WTO-related arrests
in Seattle:

I called the three legal resources listed on the Direct Action Network
site <http://go.to/directaction/> about 12:50 EST: the Lawyers Guild,
the Public Defenders and the DAN legal team.  The short version is that
as of today, there is no bail fund that the first two organizations know
about.  DAN is planning to do jail solidarity in which no one who is
busted gives their name and, therefore gets no bail --- the notion being
to clog up the court system.  Interested parties could call DAN back
tomorrow in case they have decided they need a bail  fund (206)
632-9482.  If anyone finds out anything new on this topic, would you
please post?   Thanks.
