web updates

Hi All.  Some updates to the COMM-ORG web site:

1.  Because of the interest of community gardening, I added links from the
messages people sent.  There is now a special "community gardening" section
on the C-D Resources page.

2.  ACES--the Association for Children for Enforcement of Support--has a
web site now listed on the CO Groups and Networks page.

3.  As I mentioned yesterday, the CO Funding page now has a section on
funding for activists.
