Hi everyone. I've still got that post-meeting glow and wanted to get
our workplan out to everyone while you still hopefully had it too.
Here it is. We forgot to get a team for #6 so could someone pretty
please volunteer to coordinate creation of the packet?
The list of conferences, along with who agreed to send info on
those with an open call, follows the workplan.
If I'm missing or messed up anything please let me know.

WORKPLAN -- The Snowball Draft :-)
As I understood our discussion, each group is responsible with
coming up with ideas, drafts, etc., that will be presented to the
larger group and then revised. We will hold each working group
accountable through the planning list.
1. CBRNet Flyer with principles, mission (after language revision-
see above), and membership interest form. Jason (chair), Marie,
Sam, and Deanna will coordinate this project.
2. Website draft. Bobby (chair), Randy, and Mary will coordinate
3. Listserv creation. Nancy (chair) and Randy will coordinate.
4. Article in Pragmatics, which will include membership interest
form. Phil (chair) and Maureen will coordinate.
5. Article in NCRP newsletter. Kris will coordinate.
6. Creation of resource pack for conference infiltrators. Packet will
include initial CBRNet website, Action Research Journal call,
MJCSL journal flyer, flyers for recent books, listserv information,
hardcopy of CBR resources lists (Nick), Just Connections toolbox
flyer, membership interest form. WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO DO
THIS.
7. Community Guide to CBR. Cassandra B. (chair), Deanna,
Mary, Randy, Kris, and Marie will coordinate.
8. Write up of workshop notes for distribution, discussion, revision.
Notes will be used in grant proposals, recruitment of builders,
website, flyer. Randy will coordinate.
9. Next Step meeting, possibly summer 2003. Phil (chair) and
Aparna will coordinate.
10. Continuing facilitation of organizing committee. Randy will do.
11. Recruitment of founding members and builders, with attention
to recruiting higher ed/community partners. Cassandra R. (chair),
Barbara, and Dan will do.
12. Identification of and proposal submission to other funders.
Bobby (chair), Terri, and Nick will coordinate.
