The Third Annual Community Capitals Framework Institute­Linking Theory 
with Practice: A Systems Perspective will convene November 30, 2006 at 9 
a.m. and adjourn at 2 p.m. on December 1, 2006. The Institute will be 
held in Room 299, Scheman Building, Iowa State Center, located on the 
campus of Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. For directions, visit

Registration is $120, which includes two lunches, one dinner, beverages 
and materials. (Country Inn & Suites offers a complimentary continental 
breakfast). Limited scholarships may be available for students. Please

Monday, November 20, 2006. Complete and mail or fax the registration
