The following Bid Solicitation meeting your OCFS CMS Bidders List
notification criteria was recently announced:

Bid Profile Name: Early Childhood Development Programs

Application Due Date: 7/14/2006

Estimated Funds Available: $       40,000,000

Objective: OCFS is making available grant opportunities to expand 
and/or improve child care settings in New York State through funding 
programs in Child Day Care and School Age Start Up; Expansion of 
Hours; Health and Safety; and Innovative Programs Initiatives as well 
as reimbursement for Accreditiation certification.  

Eligible Applicants: Individual,Small Business,OTHER (Not included in 
any of the other classifications),State Government,Local 
Government,Non Profit 501(c)(3) (Not Higher Ed.)  

Announcement Notes: 	The application due date to submit proposals 
for these programs is June 25, 2004.  Subsequent application due 
dates are as follows: 09/24/04, 01/14/05, 04/15/05, 07/15/05, 10/15/05, 
01/20/06, 04/14/06, 07/14/06. Health and Safety applications under 
$15,000 can be submitted starting the 10th of every month and 
submitted on a monthly basis thereafter.  The final submission due date 
is June 10, 2006.  Accreditation applications are to be submitted within 
six months after receipt of accreditation.
