[Announce] Training for Social Entrepreneurs

The Woman's Self Employment Project (WSEP) is accepting 
applications for the "Capital Bridge c3 Institute".  Capital Bridge c3 
is unique effort seeking to train "early stage" social entrepreneurs. 
Early-stage social entrepreneurs have demonstrated the ability to 
drive results and identify innovative market-based projects or 
services for their organizations to pursue, but have not yet been 
able to realize fully those opportunities. After successfully 
completing the Institute's curriculum, Capital Bridge c3 Fellows will 
spread solutions that will have lasting impact on the economic well 
being of low-income communities because they harness the 
financial and social capital of market-based approaches
