Education and the Election

CRITICAL VISIONS AND EDUCATION POLICY
__________________________________

A face-to-face and virtual forum to look critically at education
in the light of the forthcoming Federal election. The forum will
challenge current policies with a critical vision of the future.
Its purpose is not only to offer a critique of existing policies
of the major parties but also to bring new ideas and
possibilities into the policy arena.


WHERE:

face-to-face forum on 24th and 25th August, 2001 Blackfriars 
Campus, University of Technology, Sydney (entrance on 
Blackfriars Street, Chippendale - between Abercrombie and 
Buckland St. Signs will point you to the large room upstairs)  

virtual forum from August 8th to September 30th, 2001

on the web with opportunities to respond and engage in on-line 
discussion.
