Join World Bank President and keynote SPEAKER JAMES WOLFENSOHN, policy makers, scholars, business people and community leaders from around the world in Los Angeles for three days of intensive dialogue on global city-regions. Participate with Lucien Bouchard, the Premier of Québec, and the mayors of Berlin, Sydney, Curitiba and other major cities in the search for new ways of thinking about the forces driving the growth of global city-regions and new policy approaches to harness their benefits and curb their negative impacts.
