Sikoro community
with our Community Health Worker team, forge global partnerships with
students around
the world, and support life-saving maternal care at the
Sikoro-Sourakabougou clinic.

Third Graders Do Their Part to Prevent Malaria in Sikoro

Last fall, third grade students at Rowland Hall embarked on a yearlong 
project
to learn all they could about malaria- and then make a change.  Students
planted
 seeds and grew several hundred vegetables and herbs in  recycled cans,
selling
the plants to support Mali Health's work. Read on here

Harnessing the Power of Communities

The World Health  Organization recommends that every country have one
doctor  per
1,000 people- but Mali has only one per 12,500. Providing health
services in Mali
is a daunting task, but training medical students  is only part of the
solution.
