Hi COMM-ORG.  In recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. day here 
in the United States, and the global peace demonstrations this past 
weekend, I have been reflecting on the local community organizing 
that proved so successful in the Civil Rights Movement in the 
context of the latest war buildup.  For others of you doing similar
