query: Good cause eviction in Tax Credit Properties

The Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio (COHHIO) is seeking
examples of "good cause" provisions in state administered tax credit
housing programs.  "Good cause" means that owners must show good cause
in order to fail to renew a lease.  You might also think of this as an
automatic renewal lease provision.

COHHIO would also like to hear from Ohioans who have case examples of
tenants in Tax Credit properties whose leases were not renewed (maybe
because of tenant organizing activity).
